You’ll gain the skills needed to handle both patient care and office responsibilities, including:

  • Perform clinical procedures - Take vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and assist with minor office surgeries.
  • Manage medical records - Handle patient data accurately using modern electronic health record systems.
  • Administer medications - Safely prepare and give injections and medications under supervision.
  • Support office operations - Schedule appointments, process insurance claims, and handle billing and coding.
