Welcome to the Student Success Center

The Student Success Center is the central hub for current and prospective students at Johnston Community College. The center provides comprehensive support services and enhances the onboarding experience for students.

Located in the Tart Building in the center of JCC’s main campus, the center integrates and houses a variety of student services.

Your One-Stop Shop

Most student services are available at the Student Success Center - including admissions, registration ,and financial aid assistance. This is also where you get your student IDs and parking permits.

Whether you need to review your plan of study or schedule a wellness appointment, your advisor is here to coach you through your academic journey.
Accessibility Services and Access to Achievement at JCC ensure that all students, including those with disabilities, have the tools, support, and accommodations they need to succeed in and out of the classroom.
Need help getting started? Our Admissions and Financial Aid teams can advise you - in person, online, or over the phone. We also offer testing services in the Student Success Center.
Don't know where to get started? Speak with a Career Services expert to find the right path for you or to get help with landing a job.
Need to register for courses, get transcripts, or apply to graduate? Records and Registration is here to help and has representatives for both curriculum and continuing education students in our center.

 

Student IDs and Parking Permits

JCC student ID cards are made in the Student Success Center. Bring your driver’s license or state ID and a copy of your current class schedule. Lost cards can be replaced for $5.

Your ID is also your library card and is required for campus events. Keep it with you—college staff may ask to see it at any time. If you're a former CCP student, you'll need a new ID as a traditional student.

Get your parking permit at the Student Success Center in the Tart Building. All motorized vehicles must be registered with Campus Security.
