In order to apply to a curriculum program at JCC, you'll need to complete your application in CFNC and complete your Residency Determination. This will help you understand your tuition and state grant eligibility.

You will need your RDS number when completing your application through CFNC.
An official transcript is a complete record of your courses, sent electronically or in a sealed envelope. Fees may apply—check with your school’s registrar.
If your transcript is in a non-English language, a certified English translation is required.
Health Science applicants must submit an official high school transcript, regardless of prior degrees.
All others must submit a high school transcript unless they’ve earned an associate degree or higher, in which case a college transcript will suffice.

We encourage all students to apply for financial aid by completing your FAFSA. In addition to federal student aid, you may be eligible for state aid, scholarships, private loans, and more. To begin the process, you should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Johnston Community College's school code is 009336. You are responsible for verifying your Financial Aid award or paying for your classes by the payment due date. Beware of sites that ask you to pay a fee for a FAFSA.
You will log in to Self-Service to complete your course registration on or after your activation date.
