You May Qualify If You:

• Are a North Carolina resident eligible for in‑state tuition 
• Have a high school diploma or equivalency (not open to 
• dual‑enrollment students)
• Receive Pell and NextNC Scholarships 
• Can complete college‑level math and English within the first year 
• Have no more than 24 college credits when applying 
• Are enrolled in an eligible program 
• Commit to completing at least 24 credits per year
