Webcam, microphone, reliable internet

Chrome or Firefox browser

Avoid: Chromebooks – many tools won’t work on them.

Mobile Devices: OK for some tasks, not for full courses or tests.

Office 365 (Free with your JCC email): Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

Web Browsers: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox

PDF Reader: Adobe Reader

Others (as needed): Respondus LockDown Browser, SafeAssign, OneNote, OneDrive

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

This extra layer of protection helps keep your data safe, even if someone gets your password. Here's what you need to do:

  2. Make sure you're ready: Get your phone handy and follow the instructions carefully. It's quick and easy!
  3. Pro tip: Use an authenticator app for the most secure experience. ️Protect your data and avoid any hassles – set up MFA for your account
