JCC Nelnet Payment Plan

The Nelnet Payment Plan allows students to pay tuition and fees over time with no interest. The $30 per semester enrollment fee is non-refundable.

Payment plans are not available for TDT or Continuing Education (CE) classes.

How to Enroll

  1. Log in to Self-Service and go to “Student Finance.”
  2. Select "Payment Plan Management" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click "Proceed to Processor" to complete enrollment.

Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card – Payments process automatically on the 15th of each month.
  • Failed Payments – A second attempt will be made 15 days later.

Important Notes

Enroll before the payment deadline to avoid course cancellation.
Payments go directly to Nelnet – do not pay JCC for plan payments.
Missed down payments will result in plan termination and possible course cancellation.

Managing Your Plan
  • Add/Drop Courses – Plans adjust automatically. Changes must be made at least two business days before the next payment.
  • Withdrawals – If you withdraw but still owe a balance, payments will continue.
  • Failed Payments – A $30 fee is added for each returned payment.
  • Updating Payment Info – Call (800) 609-8056 at least two business days before your next payment.
