Our Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course at Johnston Community College (JCC) is officially approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) to fulfill the educational requirements necessary for obtaining a broker license.
Gain a solid understanding of basic real estate principles, practices, and the specific license laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the NCREC, all designed to prepare you thoroughly for the state licensing exam.
Your course fee includes the "Principles of Real Estate Practice in North Carolina, 3rd Edition" e-book, seamlessly integrated into our course software. While a physical copy of the textbook is optional, many students find it beneficial for offline study.
Academic Commitment: This intensive course demands strong reading comprehension, proficient math skills, and basic computer literacy to navigate online components effectively.
Attendance Policy: To qualify for a certificate of completion, you must attend at least 80% of the classes and successfully pass the course assessments.
