Program Overview

Start your career in real estate with the education required to become a licensed real estate broker or sales agent in North Carolina. Johnston Community College’s Real Estate Pre-Licensing program prepares you with the skills needed to pass the state licensing exam and begin working in the real estate industry.

Your course fee includes the "Principles of Real Estate Practice in North Carolina, 3rd Edition" e-book, seamlessly integrated into our course software. While a physical copy of the textbook is optional, many students find it beneficial for offline study.

The Real Estate Pre-Licensing course is offered as a self-supporting course. Self-supporting courses are not eligible for a refund as these programs are funded by registration fees collected. Students are eligible for a 100-percent refund if the classes are cancelled by the College.
