Key Information for All Courses

Punctuality is crucial; late arrivals may not be admitted. Full attendance and active participation are mandatory for successful course completion.

Participants must also:

  • Be employed at a licensed inspection station and hold a valid North Carolina driver's license.
  • Bring safety glasses to each session.
  • Submit LT-310 Action Form for Inspector/Mechanic Certification or Renewal, signed by an authorized individual from your inspection station, on the first day of class.
  • Register in advance. Course dates are subject to change; preregistered students will receive email notifications regarding any adjustments.
