What Kind of Support Do You Need?
At Johnston Community College, we offer two types of support systems for our students:
academic and non-academic.
Academic support at Johnston Community College means helping students with everything
related to their learning—from planning classes and getting tutoring to writing papers
and using online tools. We’re here to give you the help you need to succeed in your
studies.
Non-academic support at Johnston Community College focuses on helping you with life
outside the classroom. Whether you need career advice, mental health support, food,
clothing, or emergency help, we’re here to make sure you have the resources to succeed
in every part of your college journey.
