This course is designed for anyone curious about how the heart works and interested in exploring the basics of cardiovascular health. You don’t need prior experience—just a willingness to learn. It’s a foundation course that gives you a first look into the world of EKGs and sonography, helping you decide if healthcare or heart imaging might be the right path for you.

If you choose to apply for the Cardiovascular Sonography program at Johnston Community College, completing this course will award you points toward your application.
