Testing Services
Thank you for considering Johnston Community College for your education and training. The primary responsibility of Testing Services is to support JCC's academic programs by managing placement testing. Testing serves as an integral part of a student's academic career and Student Services is pleased to offer placement testing services to our students.
As a secondary role, the Testing Center serves the JCC Health Sciences Programs by offering the TEAS examination as well as providing CLEP and DSST testing. Placement and TEAS tests are used in the admissions process and are designed to assess your academic ability before entering a program of study. CLEP and DSST tests provide you an opportunity to receive academic credit for a class through examination.
