Student Services Information


New students who plan to enter a degree, diploma, or certificate program should complete and submit a JCC application. In order to provide time for the processing of application materials and any additional documents prior to the start of classes, priority dates are identified for each semester. The college will continue to process paperwork after the priority application deadline. However, the closer we get to the start of the semester placement testing slots and admissions interview times are limited. Please do not delay in submitting your application and paperwork.

2020 Spring Registration is happening now! You must pay in full, set up a payment plan, or have secured financial aid by December 2nd online by midnight or in person at the Cashier’s Office by 5:00pm to avoid deregistration.

The last 2020 Spring registration and payments date is January 3rd Payments must be made that day.

To make a payment or sign-up for a payment plan, log into WebAdvisor, go to Financial information, then click on the Student Finance Self Service link. Find the appropriate link under Student Finance or by clicking on the building icon to the left.

 NOTE: If you do not pay or set up a payment plan on time, your courses will be dropped.

All curriculum refunds are disbursed by BankMobile. New students should begin receiving their Refund Selection Kit in the mail the first week of the semester.


Do not throw away this important kit since it is your tickets to a faster refund.


Once you receive your Refund selection Kit, 
go to 
RefundSelection.com , enter the unique Personal Code and select a refund option.


There are three refund options:

  1. ACH Deposits- Funds directly deposited into existing account
    • Funds will be available one to two days after the refund date
  2. BankMobile Vibe Account- Funds deposited into new account set up
    • Funds will be available on the same refund date
  3. Check Format- Funds will be mailed out and delivered to the address on file
    • Funds will arrive in five to seven days after the refund date


Self-pay student refunds for the fall semester will be disbursed beginning on February 13th.
Financial Aid refunds will be disbursed beginning on February 25


The last day to drop for a 100% refund for the fall semester is January 6, 2020.
