Fire Non-Cert Con-Ed Courses (In-Service) 

JCC offers In-Service, non-certification Continuing Education courses at Fire Rescue & Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Departments across the county.

These various classes are not International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) accredited courses, but provide informative, extra curricular training to those in the fire service.

Requirements

• No student can miss more than 20% of any class and receive full credit, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
• All students who are not affiliated with a department in Johnston County must have an affiliation letter, on Department letterhead, with their Chief's signature and contact number.

Registration

Registration will be the on the first night of class and all students must register on the first night.

High School Students

High School students MUST present a completed and signed Dual Enrollment form if the class occurs during school hours.  This form must be presented to the instructor by the end of the first class attended, or they will be dropped from the roster.
