Massage Therapy Training - Curriculum
Once successfully completing your coursework (sequentially), you will be able to sit for the Massage & Bodywork Licensure Exam (MBLEX). With your JCC Diploma and a PASS score on the MBLEX, you may apply for a North Carolina license.

Requirements
- Follow the Admission Policy 2023 (PDF)
- Complete a JCC Application
- Send High School and College Transcripts
- Complete a Massage Program Application - submit below
- The following documents are required at the time of program application and emailed to the address on the form.
- Demonstrate satisfactory proof of proficiency in the English language.
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Scores: minimum acceptable TOEFL score is 550 (5-year limit on scores).
- If you graduated from a high school in the United States TOEFL scores are not required.
- Or attend the course English as a Second Language (ESL)
- Attend the Mandatory Orientation session
