Application Form - Medical Assisting

Applications will be accepted beginning September 1, 2021 until April 1, 2022- at 12 noon, for fall 2022. Admission requirements must have been met to apply. Applications meeting admission requirements are accepted on a first come first basis September 1- April 1. Applicants applying after the program is filled are placed on a stand-by list. The College reserves the right to extend the application deadline when warranted. Applicants can be enrolled in ENG 111 and MAT 110 with a co-requisite spring semester, 2021 and apply. The applicant will be considered at the end of the spring semester if enrolled in corequisite math and English.

A copy of TOEFL iBT scores are required if your first language is not US English and you graduated from high school outside of the US, completed high school from the following countries you are exempt from including TOEFL scores: the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, US territories, Samoa, Guam, Mariana Island or the Virgin Island. Puerto Rico and Quebec, Canada are not exempted.
