Johnston Community College has expanded its partnership with Johnston County Public Schools to provide more degree opportunities for students attending Early College Academy (ECA) and the Career & Technical Leadership Academy (CTLA). Both innovative high schools are housed on JCC’s main campus.
This expansion includes new pathways leading to degrees in pre-nursing, teacher preparation, and mechanical engineering technology. These new degree options will give students a clear pathway to transfer credit and in demand careers. Plus, our JCC campus environment provides an array of opportunities, activities and facilities that supplements the student’s high school experience.”
"Johnston County Public Schools is always excited to engage with our partners to provide our students with new and exciting learning opportunities that are tied to promising careers," said Dr. Nicholas King, chief academic officer for JCPS.
