This prestigious designation recognizes JCC’s commitment to advancing cybersecurity education and its demonstrated ability to meet rigorous academic and institutional criteria. The CAE-CD designation affirms the college's role in developing a highly skilled cybersecurity workforce capable of defending the nation’s information infrastructure.

"The demand for cybersecurity professionals is growing at an unprecedented rate," says Instructor David Oliver.

"Being recognized by the NSA as a Center of Academic Excellence is a testament to the dedication of our faculty, the strength of our curriculum, and our commitment to preparing students to meet national security challenges head-on," Oliver adds.

The recognition aligns with the priorities outlined in the National Cyber Strategy, which emphasizes the urgent need to build the domestic cybersecurity talent pipeline. JCC joins a select group of institutions nationwide contributing to this mission by providing students with high-quality education and real-world skills that translate directly into industry and government roles.
