Johnston Health Named JCC’s 2020 Top Business and Industry Partner

College shows appreciation for support and resources to help local students succeed.

Johnston Community College is pleased to name Johnston Health its 2020 Business and Industry Partner of the Year. The award was announced February 11 at the College's annual Breakfast before Business event, which was held virtually.

Johnston Health has been an extremely valued partner for JCC’s health science programs for many years by providing knowledge, time, resources, and support.

Angela Swank, Associate Vice President of Health, Wellness, & Human Services said “Our ongoing partnership with Johnston Health is a true testimony of collaboration and continuity within our community.  Combining and allocating resources helps JCC programs and students excel in meeting program learning outcomes, ensuring students are well prepared to enter the workforce upon graduation and the successful completion of their licensure exam.”
