7 Students Complete Keystone Leadership Program

Students learned leadership, conflict resolution and communication skills.
Johnston Community College is pleased to announce the 2016-2017 graduates of the Keystone Leaders Institute.
Keystone Leaders at JCC work to foster relationships, build practical skills, and incorporate service learning for developing intentional leadership.
During the two-semester program, students showed exponential growth in leadership development, problem solving, analytical thinking, and team work all while having fun.
These students presented to different groups on and off campus about the advantages of the Keystone Leader Institute program amongst their peers and future JCC students. They also volunteered with the Salvation Army, and had a strong presence in active discussion groups which helped improve their conflict resolution skills.
JCC’s 2016-17 Keystone Leaders graduates are: Taylor Averitte of Four Oaks; Carson Denning of Four Oaks; Emily Morgan of Benson; Fredis Reyes of Benson; Hillary Sudbury of Clayton; Katelyn Woodcock of Selma; and Lewis Wagner of Clayton.
