JCC Men Take On UNC JV Jan. 12

The JCC men's basketball team is headed to the Dean E. Smith Center Thursday to play the University of North Carolina's junior varsity team.
The game tips at 7:30 p.m. in the Smith Center. Admission is free.
The game was originally scheduled for today (Jan. 10) but was rescheduled because of the winter weather.
Coach Jason Johnson said the matchup is an exciting opportunity for the players and the JCC program.
"With the long history of successful basketball at UNC, this game is a tremendous experience for our players and our program at JCC," Johnson said. "The players are excited, the coaches are excited, and we look forward to seeing a lot of Jaguar fans in the Dean Dome."
The Jaguars are currently 7-9. After the UNC JV game, the men will square off next in conference play against Sandhills Community College at 3 p.m. Saturday at the SRAC.
