JCC's criminal justice/latent evidence students collected food, drinks, office supplies, and other items for the Adopt a Cop program in Johnston County.
The items were delivered Nov. 23 to the drop off location at the Johnston County Sheriff's Office to be distributed throughout the county.
The collection drive was coordinated by student Joi McLamb in hopes of getting the community to reach out to all law enforcement and thank them for their service. "We are here to uplift, to show our love and support to, and to honor and respect our law enforcement officers in Johnston County," she said.
