Nurse Aide II requirements vary by state and other individual factors; credentials, training, and job experience. It's important to note that not all states have reciprocity agreements or requirements. Each state has its own Nurse Aide Registry which is responsible for establishing the nurse aide training and competency evaluation programs as well as keeping a record of all individuals who are qualified to work as a certified nurse aide in a specific state. If you are moving to another state without a reciprocity agreement, you may have to re-take the certification exam for that state.
