Graduation | Spring 2020
Graduation has been delayed until later in the year
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Johnston Community College has decided to delay our May commencement ceremony until later in the year. It is with sincere sadness that we make this decision, but please know that we value the safety of our students, their families, and guests. At the end of the Spring semester, JCC will award degrees, diplomas, and certificates to those who have earned them; we will be unable to hold the traditional Graduation ceremony to commemorate the occasion in May.
At this time, we are unable to announce a date nor location, as the current public health crisis will dictate when we can move forward. We do know that all of our graduates will have a part in the ceremony, and we will find creative ways for everyone to be able to participate.
Please continue to monitor our JCC Graduation website at www.johnstoncc.edu/graduation for any announcements about our plans to celebrate the graduates of 2020.
