ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification - Proctor

Students will receive the ServSafe certification, a nationally recognized certification in food handling, upon completion of the course.

Book (REQUIRED) = ServSafe manager 7.0 with Answer Sheet available at JCC Bookstore. Purchase your book before the first class session to bring with you to both class sessions.

Per JCC policy, Community Programs are offered as self-supporting courses and are not eligible for a refund as these programs are funded by registration fees collected. Students are eligible for a 100% refund if the class is canceled by the College.
