Registration Information

Preregistration for Continuing Education classes is a necessity. Space may be limited for some classes; advanced registration is required for all Continuing Education classes with the exception of Basic Skills.

All Continuing Education classes/instructors provided are subject to change due to specific circumstances and low enrollment may result in class cancellation.

All preregistered students will be notified in advance of any changes to classes. If you are not pre-registered, you may not receive notice of changes.

Students must register and pay at least five calendar days prior to the class start date. Students may pre-pay registration fees in one of the following methods:

On-Campus Registration

  • Visit the Student Success Center on main campus in the Tart Building to complete registration.
  • Payment must be made at the Cashier's Window near the JCC Barnes & Noble Bookstore in the Wilson Building when registration is completed.

Register and Pay Online Through Self-Service Instant Enrollment

  • Complete your registration online
  • In Course Code box, type the name of the class you are registering for
  • Click Search at the bottom of the page
  • Click 'Select' button next to the class you wish to attend
  • Then Add Section (class will be added to cart)
  • Click 'Next' and follow prompts from there to complete registration and make payment

Register and pay by Mail

You may also email the completed Continuing Education Registration Form to jcccregistrar@johnstoncc.edu. Once received, you will be contacted with payment instructions.

Please note: This method will be slower, and your requested class may not be available when the form arrives.

  • Print the Continuing Education Registration Form (PDF)
  • Complete ALL highlighted sections and submit the form with payment to the mailing address listed on the top of the registration form.
  • Please be advised that Out-of-state, Woodforest National Bank, and starter checks are not accepted forms of payment for continuing education classes.

Student Sponsorship

  • If a company/agency is planning to pay for tuition/fees, this Student Sponsorship Form (PDF) must be printed on company letterhead, signed and submitted. This form must be submitted with the registration form.
  • If the company/agency is planning to pay for books or supplies, the company/agency must contact JCC The Jaguar Junction Bookstore at (919) 209-2104
