In-person e-Notary Public classes begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. 
It is recommended that you arrive by 12:50 p.m. for class check-in purposes.

Per JCC policy self-supporting (SEF course code) classes are not eligible for a refund as these classes are funded by registration fees collected. A one-time only transfer request can be made by the student due to unforeseen circumstances that would prevent them from attending the class. Additional requests beyond the initial transfer will not be processed and the student will forfeit funds.

To be eligible for an e-Notary class, you must be a current Notary Public (in good standing) with the NC Secretary of State. If you are unsure about your Notary Public standing, please contact the NC Secretary of State Notary Division (919-807-2219) BEFORE registering for an e-Notary class. 

Please note: 
  • ALL class attendees are required to wear a mask; social distancing standards are also in place.
  • Students must register and pay at least five calendar days PRIORto the class start date. 
  • What to bring to class:
    • NC Notary Public Commission number
    • Unexpired government issued photo ID and proof of NC residence
      • Current NC Driver's license, OR
      • Unexpired government issued photo ID plus bill showing current NC address
