Organic Vegetable Gardening (Summer/Fall Classes)
This course is designed for instruction in organic vegetable gardening in a residential
setting with an emphasis on:
Class objectives include:
- Understanding the three distinct NC growing seasons
- Fall garden planning
- Season extension methods
- As well as healthy year-round organic cultural practices
The curriculum is designed to provide students with the foundational knowledge necessary for the successful growing of organic homegrown edibles.
- Class will meet in Elsee A135 on Mondays and the JCC Arboretum L350 on Wednesdays during class meeting times.
- Mondays and Wednesdays | 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
- Registration fee = $125
