Culinary Techniques I ~ 132 Hours

JCC is partnering with Johnston Health to offer this Culinary Training program. This 11-week program provides students the opportunity to pursue a career in the food service industry (the 5th largest job growth industry in Johnston County). Students will receive the ServSafe certification, a nationally recognized certification in food handling, upon completion of the course.

How to register for classes

To register online directly, use WebAdvisor 

  • Select the Continuing Education button (GOLD box)
  • Select "Register and Pay for Continuing Education Classes"
  • Search for classes using a keyword (ServSafe or Culinary) 
  • Select the class you want to attend, and click "Submit"
  • Complete the registration process.
