Fun Cooking Classes

Requirements for each class: Participants are required to review the Cooking Class Safety and Sanitation Guidelines (PDF) prior to the start of class.

Class Registration Fee: $90.00

Unless otherwise noted, classes are held at the JCC Arboretum. Participants can choose between a day or evening class time for each course to fit your schedule.

Dinner for 2: Valentine's Date Night - February 9, 2024

A Feast of Love and Flavor! Welcome to a special evening where cooking and romance intertwine. Join us for a Valentine's Date Night class, where you and your partner will whip up a delightful meal together. Start with an irresistible baked macaroni & cheese, its creamy texture and rich flavor setting the tone for a cozy night.

The centerpiece of your meal will be a mouth-watering chicken in a garlic and sun-dried tomato sauce. This dish balances the robust flavors of garlic with the tangy sweetness of sun-dried tomatoes, creating a memorable main course.

For dessert, surprise your senses with a Chocolate and Orange Mousse, a delightful concoction that blends the smooth richness of chocolate with a hint of zesty orange.
