STEAM Building

STEAM Building

Built in 1987, the 29,000-square-foot Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) building is home to the College's engineering program and the Information Technology Department.

The building was renovated in 2006 and in the fall of 2010, the Frank Creech Art Gallery debuted in memory of the late Frank Creech, a local artist and longtime art instructor at the College.

The 1,500-square-foot-museum-quality gallery contains state-of-the-art exhibition space as well as a 750-foot  reception area. The gallery is equipped with museum-quality lighting, climate control, hanging and security systems. With its gray, hand-finished concrete floors, contemporary white walls, and distinct crown molding, the exhibition space balances a modern feel with traditional southern architecture.
