SSS Application |
The Student Support Services (TRiO) program, also known as SSS, provides opportunities for academic development, assists students with basic college requirements, and serves to motivate students towards the successful completion of their postsecondary education. The goal of SSS is to increase the college retention and graduation rates of its participants and facilitate the process of transition from one level of higher education to the next. Student Support Services helps low-income and first generation students stay in college until they earn their baccalaureate degrees. Participants, who include disabled college students, receive tutoring, counseling, and other academic support. Students are now being served at over 700 colleges and universities nationwide. Eligibility Requirements A student is eligible to participate in the Students Support Services program if they meet the following requirements:
