Strategic Areas of Emphasis

1. Develop, provide and market services and programs to meet the educational needs of the African-American male and Hispanic/Latino populations.
2. Maintain the currency of technology infrastructure, facilities, and equipment for instructional programs and support through partnerships with business, industry, county, and other funding sources.
3. Increase faculty and staff salaries to the national average in conjunction with North Carolina Community College System efforts.
4. Develop and implement an internal leadership program for faculty and staff.
