Growing up without a record or cassette player, Justin learned to play the mandolin at the age of four by listening to his father whistle melodies in their southwest Missouri kitchen. He toured with the Bertoldie Family Band throughout the Midwest for six years before performing full time in Branson, MO, with the Braschler Music Show and various bands at Silver Dollar City. He toured as a mandolin/fiddle/guitar player for the legendary Roy Clark for four years. During those years, Clark mentored Justin and encouraged him to network and write with other musicians they met while touring. In 2005, Justin was a top five Nashville Star contestant. This took him from the back line and put him in the spotlight as a solo performer. Don't miss this up and coming performer. Sponsored by Stephenson General Contractors. |
