Patrol Rifle II is not a basic or introductory course, as it is designed to build upon the skills learned in Patrol Rifle I. Patrol Rifle II immerses the officer with skill-building courses of fire that will take them to the next level. This course is fast paced, yet thorough; as it teaches the officer advanced skills and then asks for these fundamentals to be applied in extreme situations.
This course will cover the following areas:
- Fighting Stance
- Weapon Retention
- Position Shooting (Basic and Obscure)
Barricade/Field Positions- Low Light Shooting
- Use of Optics
- Transitions to Sidearm
- Support side shooting
- Malfunctions
- Shooting while moving
- Facing Movements
- Sling Use
- Quick Target Acquisition
- Target Discrimination
Equipment Needed:
- Serviceable 5.56/.223 AR-15 Style Patrol Rifle
- Service pistol with at least two magazines with holster and magazine carrier
- The rifle needs a sling-A tactical sling is best –but you must have a sling
- 5 serviceable rifle magazines, the more the better
- The ability to carry at least two or more rifle magazines on your body (a must!! No reloading from the pocket)
- Eye and ear protection
- Baseball type brimmed hat
- Kneepads are recommended
- 1500 rounds of serviceable rifle ammunition (minimum)
- 400 rounds of pistol ammunition
- Rifle mounted light (a must have for this course)
- Hand held light
- Pistol mounted light (nice to have but not required)

13 Standard King or Standard Double-Double bedded rooms @ $63.75 plus 12.75% tax, taxes subject to change.
Rates quoted for double occupancy only, motel must be notified if any additional guests will be in the room. Children 18 and under are free, but motel needs to be notified that there will be children in the room.
This rate is non commissionable.
Each guest must call and make reservations. They must request a room part of the JCC Patrol Rifle Training to get the group rate. Any rooms not booked by 1 week prior will be released back into inventory. In the event that a group member needs to cancel, they must cancel 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for their reservation.
Rates: Quoted rates reflect a group rate. No other discounts apply. Taxes are subject to change.
Payment: All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Changes or Cancellations: Notify Nickie Childers of any group changes or cancellations 1 week prior to arrival. Changes include, but are not limited to, number of guests in room, number of rooms, and arrival or departure dates. Changes in the number of rooms may affect rates. In the event of a change or cancellation please obtain a contact name and cancellation number.
Check In/Check Out time: Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am.
Directions
- Northbound: Exit 95. At end of ramp make left onto Hwy 70 Bus West. At 1st light (Ruby Tuesday's) make Right onto Industrial Park Drive. Make Left onto North Equity Drive.
- Southbound: At end of ramp make right onto Hwy 70 Bus West. At 1st light (Ruby Tuesday's) make Right onto Industrial Park Drive. Make Left onto North Equity Drive. Eastbound 70 Business: Left onto Industrial Park Drive. Make Left onto North Equity Drive.
- Westbound: 70 Business: Right on Industrial Park Drive. Make Left onto North Equity Drive.
- Eastbound: Hwy 70 (KFC): Make a Right onto Industrial Park Dr. Make Right onto North Equity Drive. Westbound on Hwy 70 (KFC): Make a left onto Inustrial Park Dr. Make a Right onto North Equity Drive.
