This six hour class is required for people wishing to apply through the NC Secretary of State’s Office to become commissioned. Books must be purchased prior to class from the college bookstore. A minimum of 8 and a maximum of 28 students will be accepted. Participants must present a valid picture id prior to entering class. Attendees must have at least a GED or Diploma in order to obtain a Notary commission.  

Due to mandated course hour requirements, participants arriving 20 minutes late will NOT be permitted into the class.
