BEFORE March 1st:
- Submit completed JCC application to Student Services
- Submit completed program specific application (Med Son or CVS) to Student Services
- Send official high school and college transcripts to Student Services
- Meet with a Student Services Counselor (call for appointment 919-209-2128)
- Take a Health Occupations Test
- Complete an online information session and quiz
BEFORE June 15th:
- Current and unrestricted verification of certification on the NC Nursing Assistant Registry.
ONCE ACCEPTED INTO PROGRAM:
- Student will receive a letter from the Program Director regarding Orientation Day
- Obtain Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen as required
- Complete Physical Exam form and related labs with complete immunization records
- Apply for Financial Aid
