Whitetail Deer, Feral Pig, Waterfowl, Dove, Quail, and Turkey
- To participate in the Management Partner Program, the hunter(s) must pay an established annual fee.
- A Management Partner Request Form
(*fillable PDF:65KB/1p) must be submitted to Howell Woods and the nature of
the donated equipment or supplies must be discussed and agreed upon by the Howell
Woods director and JCC administration before the requested slots can be secured.
- The Hoof & Hide management partner program consists of two options limited to eight partners per calendar year. The
Wing & Feather management partner program is limited to two partners per calendar year. Partner hunt privileges are good for one year from the date payment is received and may be renewed on an annual basis three months prior to end of privileges.
- All hunters for the management partner program must also meet the general regulations
requirements for qualified hunters at Howell Woods.
- Special rules and regulations apply to partner hunters upon entering the Management Partner program. Ask a staff member for more details.
- One time, two-day hunts are available with the donation of durable equipment, supplies, or professional services with materials that will benefit the ongoing operations or programs at Howell Woods on a case-by-case basis. Fair market value of donated items or services must be between $1,500-3,000. There is a minimum of six hunters and a maximum of 15 hunters (each slot after six hunters is valued at $200).

All monies collected from all the hunting related activities that are conducted on
the property are used to fund the continued operations that benefit the ongoing
wildlife/habitat management, environmental education, and low impact outdoor recreation
activities. Simply put, wildlife conservation pays for wildlife conservation!
Hoof & Hide Management Partner (Deer & Pig) - $1500
Limited to eight partners. Partner hunt privileges are good for one year from the date donation is received and may be renewed on an annual basis for three months prior to end of privileges.
Option 1 (one hunter)
- 12 days of hunting during scheduled hunts (7 days during fall/winter hunts, 5 days January 3 until April 1)
- 8 days outside scheduled fall/winter hunts
- total of 20 hunt days
- may purchase up to 5 additional days (between opening of eastern gun season and April 1) for $75/day
- scout and choose two personal stand locations or may hunt any designated stand location not assigned a hunter
- days must be pre-approved by Howell Woods staff
- must notify Howell Woods staff of location of personal stands
Option 2 (two hunters)
- 6 days each during scheduled hunts - choose fall/winter or spring season
- 4 days each outside scheduled hunts - choose fall/winter or spring season
- total of 10 hunt days per person
- may purchase up to 5 additional days (between opening of eastern gun season and April 1) for $75/day
- scout and choose one personal stand location or may hunt any designated stand location not assigned a hunter
- days must be pre-approved by Howell Woods staff
- must notify Howell Woods staff of location of personal stands
Option 3 (one time group hunt - no cash, donation only)
- available only during January - April
- two half-day (afternoon) hunts
- must hunt designated stand locations
- minimum of six hunters, maximum of 15 hunters (each slot after six hunters is valued at $200)
- Dates and accepted donation items or services handled on a case by case basis. Values must be between $1,500-3,000.
Wing & Feather Management Partner (Waterfowl, Dove, Quail, & Turkey) - $500 person
- Limited to two partners. Partner hunt privileges are good for one year from the date donation is received and may be renewed on an annual basis for up to two years, three months prior to end of privileges.
- One guest is allowed during each hunt per Partner.
- Two days during each scheduled waterfowl hunt.
- Four days outside scheduled waterfowl hunts. Hunt any blind (waterfowl).
- Total of 10 waterfowl hunt days.
- Four days each for dove, quail, and turkey hunting (specific days to be approved by Howell Woods Staff).
- Two bird limit for turkeys per Partner.
