Rudolph Ashworth Howell Legacy Society
Johnston Community College Foundation extends an invitation to you to become a member of the Rudolph Ashworth Howell Legacy Society.
Who Can Join?
Members of our Legacy Society are individuals in the community who have an interest in preserving and advancing higher education opportunities at Johnston Community College through a bequest or an estate gift.
The Rudolph Ashworth Howell Legacy Society is composed of individuals who have simply declared the College Foundation in their will and have given permission for their name(s) to be used in furthering planned giving. Names are listed in the annual donor issue of the College Foundation newsletter, Closer Look, to encourage others to develop a will and include the Foundation in their gift investments.
Benefits of Membership
As a member of the Legacy Society, you’re entitled to:
- an annual invitation to be the guest of the College president and the College Foundation to a cultural event through the Performing Arts Series;
- an invitation to a special Legacy Society event each year; and
- receipt of the Legacy Society newsletter.
But most importantly, you’ll be honored with having left an estate that touches the lives of others by giving back a portion of the rewards you’ve received in life.
Your membership in the Rudolph Ashworth Howell Legacy Society enables the College Foundation to fulfill its vision for the future and may have many immediate and future benefits for you and your family as well!
