Silent Suffering: The Struggle to Overcome PTSD
 presented by SSG Tah’Ron Cannon

Tah’Ron Cannon is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and the recipient of numerous awards and accommodations. However, SSG Cannon’s struggles with post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and anxiety proved to be the largest battles to win. Determined to defeat this foe, he became a Master Resiliency instructor and Mental Health Advocate. Tah’Ron has traveled the country preaching, teaching, encouraging, and empowering others who struggle with mental health issues. His maxim is Committed to Progressing Forward (CTPF).
