Employment Application


An official JCC Application for Employment must be completed in order to be considered for a position.  Résumés must be accompanied by a completed application or they will not be accepted.

  • The PDF form below may be filled out on your computer and printed OR you may print the form and fill it out by hand.  This form requires the Acrobat® Reader which may be downloaded free from the Adobe Web site.
  • Completed Applications may be mailed to Johnston Community College, PO Box 2350, Smithfield, NC 27577, Attn: Human Resources or faxed to (919) 209-2551.
  • To request a printed application, contact Susan McLamb at 919-209-2532 or Tonya Jackson at 919-209-2025 in the Human Resources Office.
  • If you would like to email your application, please send a scanned application signed and dated to stmclamb@johnstoncc.edu or tpjackson@johnstoncc.edu.
