Nurse Aide, Cardiovascular Technician (EKG), and Phlebotomy Classes:

For Fall class registration, you must come to the Public Safety Building to register.

Spring 2019 dates, November 13 or 27, 2018  9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m., and January 3, 2019 1:00 p.m. in the Public Safety building room J1630. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time of Orientation to receive your paperwork.                     

Summer 2019 dates, March 13 or April 3 , 2019 9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. in the Public Safety building room J1630. Please arrvie 15 minutes prior to start time of Orientation to receive your paperwork.

Please bring your driver's license, Social Security Card and copy of high school diploma or transcript or GED.

High school students must be 16 1/2 years of age at or prior to the first day of class for the Nuse Aide I course and 17 years of age and in the final semester of their graduation year for the Nurse Aide II course.

If you do not have a high school diploma or GED, you may schedule an appointment at the Academic Skills Center at (919) 209-2177 to take a reading placement test.

You must attend the Orientation before you can register for class. Orientation will last 45 minutes to one hour and then registration follows the Orientation session.
