Online Internet Courses - $65 each for most classes.

How to get enrolled online......

Please visit our online instruction center at: www.ed2go.com/jcc to view a listing of all the online courses available and to access the online orientation. There is no obligation to do the orientation; however, orientation is mandatory for students to be given access to the online course. The orientation will explain the course requirements and the students create their own password. After completing the orientation, the student can print a registration form. Faxed registrations should go to the attention of: Registration at (919) 209-2189. Mailed registrations should be addressed to the address at the top of the registration form and sent to the ATTN: Derek Brown. Orientation and Registration must be done 5 days in advance of the start date.

Requirements for online courses

Requirements include Internet access and E-Mail. Some courses also require specific software. The registration fee for these courses is $55.00 and there is no book required for most courses. Please read the online orientation carefully for that information. Anyone interested in these courses must PRE-REGISTER by coming by the Community Development & Lifelong Learning Office or by printing a registration form online and mailing the completed form with payment to the attention of Derek Brown. Each course requires a MANDATORY ONLINE ORIENTATION before or by the designated deadline to obtain access to the online course. Each online course is 24 hours earning 2.4 CEU’s. Upon completing the online class, each student is required to print his/her own completion letter. For information, please call (919) 209-2108.

Completion Certificate Requirements:

To receive credit from JCC, students must complete quiz 1 by the 10% point which is the first Friday following your first lesson AND complete the final exam by passing with 70% or higher. Failure to complete both requirements will result in no credit for taking your class.
