Employability Skills Training
Human Resources Development (HRD) provides skills assessment services, employability skills training, and career development activities for adults who are unemployed or underemployed. Tuition and fee may be waived (free) for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- unemployed;
- received notice of pending layoff;
- working and eligible for Federal Earned Income Tax Credit (FEIT); or
- working and earn wages at or below two hundred percent (200%) of the federal poverty guidelines.

Job Searching Using Technology (54Hours)
