JCC Campus Ministries

Campus Ministries is a Christian-based club sponsored by Johnston Baptist Association, but inclusive of all faiths and belief systems. As part of the JCC community, we offer support, encouragement, and fellowship opportunities to students, faculty, and staff.

Our goal is to reach not only those involved in our ministry efforts, but also to create opportunities for the members of our club to impact the community at large.

Campus Minister

Marie Fox is presently serving as the JCC Campus Minister. In addition to her duties at JCC, she is employed with First Baptist Church, Four Oaks, as the Minister of Education and Youth. Over the past 26 years, Marie has dedicated her life to influencing youth and young adults through the life of the church. She is committed to serving the JCC community by coordinating activities, weekly meetings, and community projects through the JCC Campus Ministries.

How to Get Involved

Students are invited to attend weekly meetings on Wednesdays from 12-1 in the Tart Building Room 123 (inside the JCC Library).

Faculty and Staff are invited to attend each Wednesday from 2-3 in the Student Services Conference Room.

From 1-2, Marie will be available for individual fellowship, discussions, or counseling.
