JCC Campus Ministries

Campus Ministries is a Christian-based club sponsored by Johnston Baptist Association, but inclusive of all faiths and belief systems. As part of the JCC community, we offer support, encouragement, and fellowship opportunities to students, faculty, and staff.

Our goal is to reach not only those involved in our ministry efforts, but also to create opportunities for the members of our club to impact the campus and our community.

Campus Ministry Coordinator

Kelton Hinton is currently serving as our JCC Campus Ministry Coordinator. He secures dynamic speakers and leaders to address students weekly in the general college, nursing and law enforcement training programs and leads a weekly Faculty/Staff Bible study.

Apart from the JCC campus, Kelton serves as the Associational Missionary for the Johnston Baptist Association; an organization of more than 60 local Baptist churches focused on mission work at home and abroad that has sponsored our JCC Campus Ministry for almost ten years.
Kelton has a great passion for serving internationals and students! He has lived overseas and speaks several languages. Ask him about his "former life"!

• Fridays from noon - 1:00 p.m.
