McGraw named to AACC Instructional Telecommunications Council Board May 15, 2002 Darryl McGraw, dean of information technology at Johnston Community College, has been named to the board of directors of the Instructional Telecommunications Council of the American Association of Community Colleges. He will serve a two-year term as southeast region representative.
