Johnston Community College Business Office Wins Halloween Contest November 1, 2002 "The Wizard of Oz" made an appearance on the campus of Johnston Community College for Halloween. The Business Office staff at JCC got into the spirit by dressing as the cast of the popular movie. The College’s Staff Association sponsored the Halloween contest. The Business Office received a "Spirit Award" banner and goodies for the first place prize.
