JCC Foundation President Welcomes New Board Members July 30, 2002 Johnston Community College Foundation President Ernie Ward welcomes new board members Phyllis Parrish, Susan Parrish Watson, and Claudia O'Hale to the Foundation board. Each year the JCC Foundation administers over $50,000 in scholarships from more than 60 different endowments and unrestricted funds.
