Nursing Instructor Honored with Scholarship Award March 29, 2002
The award, which includes a $500 scholarship, recognizes excellence in associate degree nursing education. Recipients must be pursuing a master's or doctoral degree in nursing or education. Baggett is currently pursuing a doctorate in education at N.C. State University, where she also earned her M.S.N. She completed her undergraduate B.S.N. at N.C. Central State University. Baggett, a Garner resident, has been a full-time instructor at JCC since 1999. She teaches courses in medical/surgical nursing, fundamentals of nursing, and nutrition. |
