The Career Readiness Certificate is a portable credential that promotes career development and skill attainment for the individual and confirms to employers that an individual possesses basic workplace skills in reading, applied math, and locating information - essential skills required by the vase majority of jobs today.

| Registration Fee - $55. Prepaid registration is required. | ||||
| This class is designed to prepare the student to take the WorkKeys® assessments. Each area of concentration will cover basic subject matter needed to upgrade skill level and prepare the student to take the WorkKeys® exam. A fee is required for the test, but is free to qualified participants. Tuition and fee may be waived for individuals who meet the following criteria: unemployed, received notice of pending layoff, working and eligible for Federal Earned Income Tax Credit (FEIT), or working and earning wages at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. A minimum of 8 or a maximum of 16 students will be accepted. | ||||
