Residential Construction ACT Certificate Program

This program prepares a person for the world of residential construction. The objective of this class is to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills to acquire an entry level position in the home construction industry. The participant will get an overview of residential construction, hands-on instruction in masonry and concrete, framing, electrical, and plumbing/HVAC. Persons completing this course will become comfortable working with construction hand tools and materials needed for residential construction.

This course will be offered in elements both day and evening classes. A participant may opt to attend only selected sections or attend all four. A certificate will be issued for each section attended.
